We publish to support a professional decision, not to fill space. Every publication therefore identifies its sources and follows a documented review and dating process.
Research and review
We begin with primary authority where available and distinguish the governing text, our analysis and the practical recommendation. Before approval, each publication is reviewed for legal accuracy, client value, English–Arabic parity, metadata and presentation.
Authorship
A publication may be attributed to the firm or a named author. Published material does not create a retainer or lawyer–client relationship and is not a substitute for advice on specific facts.
Updates and corrections
We display publication and review dates. If an authority changes or a material error is identified, we correct the publication, update its review date and explain the change where it affects the conclusion.
